Mahindra Lifespace Q2 profit falls 66% despite income rise

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd’s consolidated net profit fell 66% year on year to Rs 16.34 crore for the quarter ended September 2026, Economic Times Markets reported on October 22. The company had posted net profit of Rs 47.91 crore in the corresponding quarter a year earlier.

Total income moved in the opposite direction, rising to Rs 104.02 crore from Rs 33.06 crore—more than three times the year-earlier figure. The reported figures show that stronger total income did not translate into higher bottom-line earnings; they do not, on their own, establish what drove the profit decline.
