Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday, October 18, sought more information about possible restrictions on Starshield, a U.S.-provided satellite internet service used by the Ukrainian military, The New York Times reported.

Zelensky also warned that Donald Trump risked a “historic mistake” if he backed Russia. The warning was conditional; the report’s summary did not establish that restrictions on the service had been imposed.
